Mixing unit M10D

Marindco has manufactured over 50 unit of this type.
The M10D is developed special for the HDD drilling rigs with max. drill pump capacity of 1000 lpm (265 gpm). This unit can be delivered optional with a super silent engine compartment as well. The mixing pump for the M10D is of an international used standard pump and in hard iron material and with a long life mechanical shaft seal. Between tank and piping, butterfly valves and rubber expansion joints are used.

The use of a high shear venturi unit and the recirculation of the flow, guaranty homogeneous bentonite mixture.
All units are delivered with a door under the work deck, engine area. The mixing tank is equipped with a mud level indication. Hopper with cover and bag knife. Recycling connection included as well as wash down hose.
